Dubai can always surprise

If Dubai didn't know how to tactfully handle situations, it would have never been the controversial country it is today. Every city has its own atmosphere. However, Dubai is not just a city, but also a modern myth. Behind the massive wall of skyscrapers that disappear into the clouds, there is a much more believable world. And believe it or not, this unique piece of land is even more attractive because of it.

Dubai is a city that never ceases to amaze. If you take a look at Dubai from the inside, your view will be framed by a flock of flamingos wading through the wetlands of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The streets of metropolitan neighborhoods are clean, parks are well-maintained, and there are no questionable neighborhoods. The boulevards are precisely paved. Yes, it looks unnatural and artificial. But let's face it, Dubai has experienced such a development boom that it could not have ended any other way. There are neighborhoods and towns for startups, IT professionals, brokers, real estate agents, and hotel chains. Amidst all this, you will also find schools, universities, hospitals, vertical farms, and factories. Metropolitan neighborhoods such as Jebel, Jumeirah, and others make up only a fraction of the city with an area of over 4,000 km². For comparison, London has approximately an 1,572 km².
